Body was really sore and legs were dead this morning. ThNKFULLY. i was not in pain like i have been the last few weeks. I was just really tight. I got some miles in on the muddy trails near work. Overall, a better run than the last few days. The wind sucked at times since it was pushing 15 mph. I did manage to get my last mile under 8 min which was good seeing as i was thoroughly dead.
