Legs felt way off and I felt really tired, sore and lethargic. Body felt way off and just didn't want to move and every step was forced. It never came smooth at all. Extremely sore and stiff. I was lucky to even get 2 miles under 7 min pace as I just needed to go to the bathroom bad. Ran at Jaimes as I was house/dog sitting.
