Man i was so beat up this morning. My legs were wrecked bad. so besides all the running i have been doing, lifting legs heavy last night really beat the crap out of me. I was so beat. My legs were stiff, sore and very tight. I started out running in the neighborhood near work and planned to go and run on the trails, which i did but was minimal. The majority of my run was on the roads around there, which was filled with lots of hills. The trails were a little muddy but nothing bad.
