Went out at coach's recommended pace of 5:00 - 5:05 for the first 3 milers. Fell off the pace pretty hard after that as the hills were killing me and I was already breathing hard. Hung on for the last 7 miles to make it a good tempo run. Mile splits were 5:05, 5:07, 5:01, 5:19, 5:11, 5:21, 5:12, 5:24, 5:18, 5:10.
