Couldn't get out in the morning because of Annie's VB tournament. When we got home @ 3 it was hot out but I wanted to get in a ride before I didn't feel like it any more. Too hot and out of shape to really crank it, especially on the single speed, so after 15 minutes of easy warmup, I alternated hard and easy pedal strokes - sometime 100, sometimes 200 - made it a little more interesting without murdering me. Thought about another loop, but my shoulders were getting tight - gotta ride more to fix that - not sure I want to dedicate any time to it for now except for a fun way to get off the couch. We'll see.
