Wow. I know I keep saying this, but I really, really, really need to either get up earlier or start running at night again.
The plan was to warm up for 2 miles, run 20 minutes @ tempo and then cool down for the rest. Instead I jogged slow for 2 miles, jogged regular for 20 minutes, and then continued to heat up for the rest.
The quick jump in the pool was an amazing cool down. I can't believe I've waited until now to start doing it this year.
