Started with 4x 5min run / 5 min walk. Then ran a whole mile. Woohoo. First time since probably March or April. My HR was in the low 180s by the end of the mile. Fuck, I'm a fat fuck. Too tired to do 5/5, so switched to 3/3 after walking up the long hill after Tom Thumb. Ran out of water 2.5 miles from home. Next time, bring money.
