Walking around the neighborhood with Kim.
Only the second or third walk since the accident 9 weeks ago. My cardio sucks so bad!
My ribs have finally stopped hurting for the most part. I've been trying to evaluate when I can lift weights again by trying to simply lay on the bench. It hurt too much to lay down on it all the way until last week when I was able to fully lay down for 10 seconds or before it got uncomfortable. Sometime this week, I may attempt a few reps with the empty bar to see how it goes. I tried some kettlebell swings last week too - I'm physically ready to start these - just need to get the mental side to agree.
