Week 4, Day 1

5x Sun A, 3x Sun B + first 13 standing poses (through Arda Baddha Padmottanasana - starting with tree pose here).

I could barely breath through my nose yesterday and could really feel the shoulder and back tension. Today, I could feel some of that loosening back up again and nose breathing was much better.

My uneducated guess is that my shoulders would be like butter if I could motivate to do this yoga thing every day.
