After tweaking my calf yesterday, I had no expectations except not making it worse. Started slowly and while it was a little tight, it wasn't painful. I could never run "fast" and had to take it easier on the uphills. I decided about halfway through that I had a knot in my calf rather than a real injury like last time. It never got much better - but it never got any worse.
The end of the linear trail near me was closed due to construction, so I ran through old downtown to the opposite end of the linear trail, ran down and someone had torn down part of the construction gate and people were running/walking through the construction area, so I did too. Relatively few people on the trail today - not like it was fucking hot or humid today, so I don't know why.
Refilled the water bottle 2x on the trail and again plus a 20oz gatorade at 11.
