Walk to beach with Kim and Annie.
6x 2min joggle / 2 min walk - just mixing things up but still hitting 12 minutes of "run".
I *might* try 2x 6min tomorrow.
Walk home.
Unfortunately, yesterday ended up with double zeros. Missed the walk because we went to bingo. Missed the yoga because internet. Was just zoning out after how loud the place was, yoga would have done me better, hopefully next time.
Traveling for work next week. Considering hitting the hotel treadmill and bumping run time from 12 min to 15 min per session.
