Great run. Very low humidity - my shirt was almost dry by the time I got home.

No problems with the shins or calves.

Surprisingly few people at the linear trail and parks today given how nice it is.

Decided to make this a progression run once I got going. No goal for first three miles, just easy. Then drop 15-20 seconds per mile for next 3 sets of 3 miles.
