Less than 5 seconds with full weight on first attempt. Wow, super intense. Then I read that doing yoga before let's you start more relaxed. It was right. I was able to go full weight for about 10 seconds and then 4-5 sets of 10 breaths (30 sec) with hands on desk (semi-supported).
