Haven't seen this many people at the beach since Sep/Oct.
Still having motivation issues getting out to the garage to lift. Took advantage of a break between meetings to cruise a few beach miles.
I realize some of the motivation issue is my calories are so low for cutting weight.
Possible solutions:
less intense program
eat a little more and slow weight loss
say fuck it to the weights until most of the fat is gone
Suck it up buttercup and get out there anyway
Not sure which one is the wisest choice.
