Even though I've had two extra three day rest blocks due to travel, I can't seem to scrape up the mojo to lift weight this week. I've been anxious about next week's conference and not eating much.
Anyway, today was fucking beautiful out, so I went for a ride on the beach cruiser from South Jax, through Jax, Neptune and turned around at Atlantic Beach. Felt strong on the way out, after I turned around I realized it was wind - sucked most of the way home - but still a great day to be out.
