Week 10, Day 2

This felt pretty good - less long than last time. No balance issues to speak of, all of the twists felt harder - reverse triangle and Marichyasana C&D - back is probably tighter from the bike ride today.

Anyway, it was also nice to take a break with just SunA&B and then a YWA class. Time to power ahead.

I want to "finish" the course - just to get to the end of it. Afterwards though, I'm going to downshift and try another beginner Ashtanga course and spend more time getting "better" at some of the earlier poses I feel weaker in. Instead of rushing to 6x/week, I'll likely go for 3-4x/week and plan on the other days being work on weak spots - hips, hip flexors, and hamstrings for now - but I can already see work will be needed on the shoulders and spine twisting.

Onward and upward.
