Notes

Felt a little better about 2 miles from home, so I did 10x100m strides with 1min recoveries: (7:51, 6:43, 6:44, 6:20, 6:49, 6:34, 6:54, 6:18, 6:34, 6:56).

These felt pretty good - have been meaning to do more of these but easy to forget.
