Squats on the day after my longest run in over a year. Yeah. No. Not fun.
After the trouble I've been having on bench, I'm moving back to 5x5 from 3x5 and dropping the weight a little. Hopefully more volume at the work set weight will help out some. After a few fails/resets @ 5x5, we'll consider dropping back to 3x5.
Rows are at a really good number right now. Coming up with good speed, but doesn't feel too light at all.
