Squat Everyday - Day 11

Took an easy day today. Calories were off the fucking charts. I'm guessing there is some correlation to my heavy max days and my heavy calorie days. Would like to figure this out to make the weight loss thing a little easier to figure out.

Also, my right wrist has been a little sore recently and read a few things on nerve flossing. Found a video on youtube with three simple stretches for the wrist. After two days (and lower squat volume) - it feels a lot better. Guess I'll keep up with the stretches and see if it continues to help as the weight get back to heavy.
