Week 7, Day 5
Balance issues opposite of yesterday. Good to go in triangle, etc. Fell over several times in Utthita Hasta and Tree - even off the mat.
Low back was sore after yoga last night and a little today. When I got to the seated postures, I realized that I have been pulling myself down with my hands. Today, I just put my hands on feet and let gravity "pull" my back down on the exhales. At the moment, back feels good. We shall see.
