Funny how just 2 extra miles can whip my ass so much more. Not quite the ass whipping that was last weekend's "long" run - a little better for sure. (3x walk breaks for a total of 5 minutes).

Day number 8 or no smoking.

Calves and outer quads were pretty tight pre-run. My son rolled me with the stick and that helped a lot.
