The new KBs came in today. A 6KG and 8KG for Kim and a 28KG for me. I can not military press it yet, but I can floor press it. I added in another 2 sets of 24KG 1HS and 2 sets of 28KG 2HS. Good stuff. After the first set of 24KG TGU, I tried the 28KG - no freaking way - my leg kicked up almost vertical with no movement up of my torso - so I put it back down and did the 2nd set with the 24KG. My shoulder and abs felt a little weaker than normal - maybe from the Hapkido class last night? Anyway - I finished the TGUs with the 20KG as a result. I think tomorrow will be a light day - maybe all 20KG.
