That was one hot ass fucking run. Should have waited until tonight to do it.

After the first few miles - I started slowing down and felt like crap. Stopped at the convenience store and refilled my bottle and chugged a quart of gatorade. After another 20-30 minutes, I started feeling pretty decent again.

Nutrition: 2x20oz of water + 32 oz of Gatorade on the run.
