Notes

Taking a break from the bike today. Really just a little calorie burn and warmup before hitting the weights.

Pretty good all things considered - did 10x strides between light poles.

My cardio seems to be coming back a little - the hill and strides had me breathing hard, but the regular jogging didn't. I could definitely feel my abs though.
