Good workout. Still a little tight in the left quad during squats. OHPs were much easier, part getting used to them and part switching from 3x5 to 5x3. Deadlifts were brutal on last two reps. Felt good getting closer to my old weights (I think that set equates to about 10# less than my old 1RM).
