Tri: 125

Given that I've improved my diet, lost weight, and ramped up the running over the last 3 months, I think it's safe to assume that these numbers must have been much worse. Wish I had had them checked at the beginning.

Anyway, looks like its time to swap out the eggs at breakfast for egg beaters. That should drop my cholesterol intake by a massive chunk.
