First 90 minutes in HR Zone 2.
Next 60 minutes in HR Zone 3.
Last mile was run easy.
Tried a rice crispy bar at mile 7 when i stopped to get gatorade and water for the camelback refill. It was yummy.
Tried a mango flavored cliff shot and it was nasty (around mile 10 or 11).
NOTE: Never drink strawberry gatorade ever again. Also - try gatorade cut with 50/50 water next time.
