3x1 mile with 1 minute recoveries (1:06 and 1:10 actually).
Jeff suggested I go out at current 5k pace of 8:00 and step it up for miles 2 and 3. I felt good and went out faster so I just tried to hit that again on miles 2 and 3. The last mile was tough to hold the pace in the first lap or two - so I sped up a little and that seemed to make it better for some reason. I wasn't dead at the end - but I sure was glad to be finished.
