Simple and Sinister - day 2.

Warmups were good. Extended number of sets to 3 (per plan) and added KB Deadlifts.

TGUs were better. At least the left side felt less weak. Obviously, this isn't a strength improvement, but body is learning the movement. Good stuff. The ball feels like it's too much pressure on my forearms - almost hurts. Need to read up or harden up - or both.

The swings were good. Same rep scheme as last night, but no rests, just switched hands at the top of the last rep. Pretty taxing cardio-wise by the end.
