Notes

Squats weren't too tough last time, plus the heavier singles, so I added 10# to the worksets. Based on this workout, will likely do the same on Friday.

OHPs were slightly tough but not terribly so. Will stick to plan of adding 5# next time.

Rows were relatively easy. Add 10# next time.

Also brought my rest periods down a lot - 1 minute or less and almost no rest on the rows. That and the gym not being a mess cut the total workout time in half.
