10min walking WU
Plan was 8x 3/5 - but after getting started to decided to insert a let's see how far we can go without redlining - so I ran set 3 through set 5 (running through the 5 minute walking part) - for a total of 11 minutes - then continued with the 3/5 pattern through the nature park and then home.
Connect told me I set 3 PRs. LOL. 30 seconds off my 1km, 1:31 off my fastest mile, and 29 seconds off my fastest 5km. I was like 200 feet short of my longest distance to date.
