Week 4, Day 4

5A + 3B + most of standing

Balance seemed a little better today. I think my legs/back felt a little less tight going into today compared to yesterday.

I *can* grab my toe in revolved triangle, but following the "just because you *can* doesn't mean you *should*" rule. The block felt a little too easy, so I just laid my hand on top of the foot.

I have the sequence memorized pretty well now. Even though I've hit Jason's goal of at least 4 sessions, I'm going to finish week 4 with 6 sessions - six per week is the long term goal for ashtanga. I've looked ahead to week 5 and it only adds 3 new postures that I already happen to know. So the rest of this week and all of next are going to feel like consolidation.

Started getting consistent with the fasting again with 14s, not in a big hurry, but will be working on easing up to 16s and then 18s until the rest of the weight drops.
