Plan of the run was to do 2 miles easy, then run a 1 mile speed test. It was hotter than I thought and I guess I didn't hydrate well enough. I fell apart at about a third of a mile in. I had to run/walk for the next mile or so to get my mojo back enough to run in the easy zone.
