3A / 0B - Did pigeon variations instead of the other 2A and 3B.

First 2 + Triangle good, traded other 3 variations for twists to loosen back.

Next 5 good, traded remainder for fire log to hit the outside hips.

Also did some single straight leg stretches with strap.
