2.5 miles at continuous tempo pace. This is somewhat slower than what tempo used to be - but I'm pretty out of shape right now - so we'll continue to call 9:00m/m tempo pace for a while. The goal was 20 minutes, then I changed to 2.5 miles. I would have kept going a little more to make 3 miles, but it was uphill so I said fuck it.
