Week 10, Day 1

Typically, I swapped Saturday's rest day for Friday as I'm typically pretty crispy from work. I've made good progress getting better control over my work schedule, but there is more progress to be had. I also slept in today - felt good to catch up a little.

Balance was great, today. I also rotated the block to the short side in revolved triangle. Could really feel it in the outside hip. Need to keep up with the hip stretches. Maybe find something I can add in daily.
