This one kicked my ass for the rest of the day. (4x walk breaks for total of 9.5 minutes).

Spent the last week only smoking half of normal (pack+ a day).
Today was Day 1 of quitting smoking. Again.
I'm on the patch - but by dinner I'm ready to kill people - with a spork. A dull one.
The running helped for a while. But then I started eating.
This is going to suck.
