SL 5x5 W6D1 (Sort of)

I'm transitioning from Stronglifts 5x5 to Practical Programming so I can reduce the weight volume so I have more energy to run. So this is the exercises from SL but the warmups/volumes of PP. Next week, I'll switch over completely.
