Notes
Tried to keep it a little easier while still sweating. Still have kettle bells to do later and Kim wants to walk 4 miles tonight. For a holiday, surprisingly few people out there - only one fat ass that thought the middle of the trail was the right place to be. I try to like people - but they just make it hard.
Also gotta give props to the 80-ish year old man walking down the trail with his cane and a bottle of water. Saw him again on the way back. Smiled and waved both times. If I live that long, I hope I'm still able to get out for a walk and smile at people.
