I wasn't sure what to think after yesterday, so today I started off slow and figured I would do what I could do. Progressive long run: first 3 miles @ 10:33, next 3 miles @ 10:06, last 3 miles @ 9:29. Felt great. This was also my longest long run (with no walk breaks) in almost a year.
I also hopped on the scale and haven't gained any weight. So a down week with a vacation to Colorado was not only fun, but positive training-wise too.
