I got up at 7 to beat the heat, but didn't get motivated to get out until 9. Damn it's hot today. Luckily some of the scenery on the linear trail was hot too.
About halfway down the trail, there was a pile of hair about 2' in diameter and 1' tall next to a park bench. WTF? It must have been a hippy, haircut party.
Stopped for gatorade at mile 10.
These miles are definitely working their magic. I haven't felt this strong charging hills on a longish run in a long, long time.
