First barefoot run. 2 0.5 loops around Hodges - all concrete.

Felt pretty good. Started out slow to get used to the feel and picked it up a little.

Stepped on a couple rocks or whatever - it was interesting feeling the difference in how my feet react to it compared to with shoes on. Didn't hurt - just different.
