Felt ok today, not much to report. My right cuboid bone has been hurting a little bit (Galen Rupp style). Might not be the cuboid, but there's a dull ache on the outside of my right foot when walking. Hammy is tight, but rope stretching helps. Tomorrow is going to be a real test. Double and a workout?!?!? Who wrote this stinkin' training plan?
