I went into this race hoping to break 4. I got poor positioning from the start, but came through the 400 in 63/64. I moved up a little on the second lap and came through 800 in 2:08/2:09. I settled in a little too much the third lap and came through 1200 in 3:14ish and was able to close in 47. The race felt really comfortable, I think if I can get into good position in a hot race and not have to worry about passing people then I can drop a few more seconds. I ran a very even race, but I feel like I have more to give.
