Feeling good today. My left quad has a knot in it... nothing some trigger point and active release therapy won't fix. Steeplechase tomorrow at MIT. I'm looking to run a fast time. I'm gonna go out and run hard from the start. Its hard to say what pace that will be, but I'm hoping to run 75/76s and then pick it up for the last 2 laps. It will probably be windy, but all of our recent intervals have had strong winds, so I'm not gonna worry about it.
