KILLED IT. VERY aggressive long run for me. Came thru 2 miles sub 14. The last couple miles were tuff, but I was still moving at a good clip. After much debate I decided to stop at a port-o-john just after 11 miles. I didn't NEED to, but no point in risking it!

Reality: 56.7!! :)
fun fact: this was my 5th fastest paced run over 12 miles EVER. I don't mean this was my 5th fastest 12 mile run ever, I mean 6:49/mile is the 5th fastest I've EVER run for more than 12 miles.
