1st place Engineer's Cup Steeplechase. I felt very comfortable running 77s today. I ran alone from the gun (2nd place was ~40 seconds back). It felt more like a workout, I just got into a rhythm and never had to dig too deep. My form felt smooth. I only stuttered on a few barriers but I still need to work on staying low, I think I was clearing most of the barriers by a good margin. I wanted to get under 9:30 today, but 9:33 with strong winds is still a good result. 10 seconds faster than my debut last year. Looking forward to LLs, I feel like I can PR in the right conditions.
