Notes

Time to get after it again after a couple days off. My right calf + foot are still very sore from the 3K. My plan is to feel things out for the next couple of weeks. I'll stay around 40-60 miles for the rest of February. Then I'll crank up the volume in March before creating a more structured schedule in April.
