200m walk jog after everything, that ended up being about 90 seconds each time.

I felt MUCH better than Saturday's workout. The 1600 was easier than any one of the 800s were. Pretty confident I'm in something like 4:40, 16:teen shape. I think I'd have a good shot of breaking 20 in a 6K on the track. Unfortunately Saratoga is probably a few seconds slower than the track. Shooting for more like 20:30
