10x 500 interval workout
I haven't done 500s as intervals like EVER, so this workout was interesting to begin with. But the crazy part was the whole team was on the line at once so we were all running super close and tripping each other. Now, I know the point of the workout was to practice running in a big group like we would at meets...but...it was like my worst nightmare. I HATE running close to people, I will run in lane 8 for an entire workout before I run close to people. Even when Jenna Yak and I ran track workouts together last spring I would always take the outside so I'd have infinite space...now that I'm typing this out I realize I sound insane and its totallyyy an issue but it just shows how frustrating this workout was for me hehe. To be fair, time wise it was a decent workout...especially for having very little recovery time...10 and 20!!!
